Our role
Despega Express acts as an intermediary agent between you and the airlines or other travel suppliers. Transportation is provided by the airline and is governed by its conditions of carriage and the rules of the fare purchased.
Quotes and prices

Client responsibilities
- Provide names exactly as shown on the passport or travel document, and review the confirmation upon receipt.
- Hold a valid passport, visas, permits and any other entry, exit or transit requirements, and comply with the destination’s health requirements.
- Arrive at the airport as far in advance as the airline requires.
Changes and cancellations
These are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the airline’s fare rules.
Restricted travel
